Senior Manager of Project and Program Management

Requirements

• 15+ years’ experience preferred in Colocation and Managed Services products
• Diploma to a Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Manages and leads a team of Project and Program Managers responsible for Customer Service Delivery activities including planning standards reviews and best practices
• Provides management and leadership across the team to ensure the team's growth is in alignment with business needs
• Sets goals for immediate team members
• Ensures planning standards reviewed and improved at regular intervals
• Anticipates areas for continuous improvement and lessons learned and leads the team on closing gaps
• Responsible for strategy of department and growth plans
• Where required will advise the team on stakeholder management
