As the Senior Manager in Questbank Operations, your role will be crucial for ensuring the integrity of investment products like GICs and compliance with CRA regulations. Lead a dedicated team of Investment Operations Analysts while streamlining operational processes through automation. Your ability to manage tax reporting and maintain financial data accuracy will significantly enhance client trust and product reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee GIC origination, renewals, and maturity processes
• Ensure accuracy of all registered accounts and compliance
• Manage daily reconciliation of investment sub-ledgers
• Lead CRA tax reporting and tax slip production
• Collaborate closely with Product team for operational workflows
Requirements:
• 5-7+ years’ experience in Investment Operations
