What You’ll Do
 :
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, delivery leads, and business analysts responsible for in-house comm platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Drive the evolution of a cloud-native, API-first orchestration platform, supporting real-time and batch-based customer journeys and offers.

Own the technical integration between Adobe Journey Optimizer, and downstream delivery channels, ensuring reliable and secure message execution.

Oversee platform modernization initiatives including architecture evolution, performance optimization, scalability, and operational resilience.

Champion engineering best practices such as CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and secure-by-design development.
