Your New Role
The EC and WFA teams are the primary data owners of employee data in Workday HCM.
The team processes transactions for HR employee data such as position management, hires, rate changes, promotions, transfers, terminations, and data corrections in our Workday HCM or another local system, audits, and analyzes data to maintain data quality and ensure data accuracy.
They are the system and process experts as it pertains to employee data and transactions.
Accountabilities
Oversee the day-to-day EC and WFA activities for the teams based in Latin America.
Participate as a member of the global GBS P&C; Ops management team and assist in setting goals, processes & procedures across the general teams (Hyderabad, India, Mexico City, Mexico, Warsaw, Poland, and the US among others).
Create & drive individual team objectives & expectations that align with overall division and Company goals.
