Job Description
Senior Manager, Data Management and Insights Campfire Circle is seeking a data‑driven, analytical Senior Manager, Data Management and Insights to support fundraising, marketing, stewardship, and engagement initiatives that advance mission and impact.
This hybrid position requires on‑site presence at the Toronto office two to three times per week and occasional evening and weekend commitments. The incumbent must be a non‑smoker.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee data integration between Blackbaud Enterprise CRM (Raiser’s Edge NXT) and connected platforms, including online fundraising systems (Engaging Networks, Fundraise Up, Race Roster, Givergy), email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Engaging Networks), event management systems, and camper and volunteer platforms such as CampSite.
Lead development and execution of data segmentation and exports for direct mail, email, multi‑channel fundraising, and other digital campaign initiatives.
