Senior Manager, Data Analyst & Operational Process

The Senior Manager, Data Analyst & Operational Process is responsible for establishing and governing data standards, processes and reporting frameworks across Communications. This role defines and implements scalable analytics solutions, including building and automating reporting in tools such as Power BI. Working with the Communications and Marketing teams, the role establishes and operationalizes standardized performance metrics and measurement frameworks, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and audit readiness. With a strong focus on governance, process design and improvement; and change management, this individual drives the adoption of standardized practices, influencing stakeholders to embed new processes and ways of working, builds sustainable reporting infrastructure, and ensures teams have reliable data to inform decisions.

• Builds various reporting dashboards using the most appropriate data extraction, data cleaning and data visualization techniques.
