Leads and drives a customer-focused culture across the team to deepen client relationships by leveraging broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledgeCollaborates with various teams to draw insights from various data sources to deliver information and recommendations to inform strategy, future priorities, and decisionsConducts research (internal/external) to develop subject matter expertise on priority initiatives, including competitor strategies, industry best practices, and tactics employed in other industriesDevelop and maintain an up to date competitive framework that allows the Small Business executive team the ability to make informed decisions as it relates to the competitor landscapeSupports the PMO function and the oversight and development of a portfolio of transformational projects for Small Business Canadian Banking which will include working closely with k...
