In the Infrastructure and Operations team, you will provide Level 3 support for IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler and Z Workload Scheduler. Your role focuses on optimizing job schedules, ensuring SLAs are met, and addressing issues proactively. You will also mentor junior staff and act as a subject matter expert, contributing significantly to the team's success.
