Senior M&A Finance Manager

Position Overview

Autodesk’s M&A Finance team is a highly visible and impactful group that plays a key role in shaping the company’s inorganic growth and strategic evolution. Reporting to the Director, M&A Finance, the Senior Program Manager, M&A Finance will be a critical leader within the M&A Finance team, supporting the full M&A lifecycle from diligence and transaction planning through close, integration, and post-close value realization.

This role will partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Corporate Development, Legal, HR, IT, business teams, and more Finance and cross-functional teams to assess transactions, support decision-making, and execute finance workstreams across acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives.
