Senior Legal Counsel – HSBC Integral Service Center

HSBC’s Global Service Center (GSC) in Mexico is establishing a U.S. legal presence. The Senior Legal Counsel will lead the Mexico‑based GSC Legal team, acting as both team manager and individual contributor. The role serves as the primary liaison between the GSC Legal team and onshore U.S. legal teams, providing legal advisory support to GSC leadership and ensuring compliance with U.S. and Mexican law.

• Team Management
  • Manage a diverse team of Paralegals and Operations Analysts, coordinate activities with onshore Legal teams, and assess current state to drive activity migration, remediation, and technology adoption.
  • Oversee workload management and deliver high‑quality work products, assigning and allocating tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
