Senior Legal Counsel or Associate General Counsel

Lead legal workstreams for capital markets transactions, including prime brokerage, margin lending, repo, securities lending, derivatives transactions, and structured public markets transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements with counterparties and external counsel, covering ISDA, CSAs, confirmations, securities financing agreements, and fund and investment agreements. Monitor, interpret, and advise on securities law and global regulatory developments impacting trading and investment activities, such as derivatives regulation, market structure, and securities financing frameworks. Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across trading and investment activities, focusing on enforceability, collateral, netting, and cross‑border considerations.
