Senior Legal Counsel – Advertising & Consumer Protection

Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid) | Experience: 4-8 years

We’re partnering with a highly regarded in-house legal team seeking a practical, business-minded lawyer with strong advertising and marketing law experience. Reporting to an exceptional AGC, this role offers a mix of advertising, competition, and consumer protection work in a dynamic regulated industry environment.

Ideal candidate:

• 4-8 years of experience advising on advertising and marketing compliance, misleading advertising, sales and pricing practices, and related regulatory matters.
• Strong commercial judgement, presence, sense of humour, and ability to work closely with the business in a fun, supportive team.
