Your role
- Advise senior management, internal teams and external partners on decisions requiring expertise in compliance and legal matters
- Provide formal legal opinions on files across all Canadian jurisdictions
- Oversee the management of contracts and agreements with partners, suppliers, insurers and financial security advisors, in collaboration with the Bank’s specialized teams
