Job Description Westland Insurance Group is hiring a Senior Insurance Advisor located in Delta, BC - Scottsdale. The role is onsite and requires a 35‑hour work week.

Compensation Hourly range: $22.20 – $22.75, adjusted for qualifications and internal equity.

Responsibilities

Promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products.

Take ownership of client relationships and serve as a senior resource within the branch.

Manage complex insurance cases, new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes.

Deliver exceptional client service across phone, email, and in‑person interactions.

Build lasting relationships, provide proactive support throughout the customer journey, including claims assistance.

Identify sales opportunities, cross‑sell and upsell products.

Contribute to business growth and support branch success through mentoring, training, reporting, and daily operations.
