Location: Brampton, ON (Hybrid / On-site as required) Reporting to: President, Carrier Enterprise Canada – Director of Enterprise Applications (U.S.) with dotted line to the President. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a multi-year IT project roadmap that aligns with business strategy and operational priorities. Partner with functional departments to design and implement technology solutions that improve processes, productivity, and customer experience. Lead full lifecycle project management for complex IT initiatives, including planning, budgeting, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Ensure technology systems and practices comply with relevant regulations, data protection laws, and cybersecurity standards.
