Design, support and implement Learning & Development programs such as: Mentorship, DEI, Leadership Readiness, Employee Experience survey and culture initiatives.Training Needs Assessment through Talent Management Calibration (TMC)MC (Talent Management Calibration) - Development Needs.Develop and curate the e‑learning platform and training content.Implement and monitor the Mentoring Program.Manage on‑demand development projects: Team Building, Outplacement, Coaching and AssessmentsExecute Talent Management and Succession Planning processes.Analyze employee experience surveys and propose action plans.Improve onboarding and learning paths.
