Job Description
The Role
The selected candidate will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Well-Being initiatives across the organization. Working closely with People & Culture partners, operational leaders, and site management teams, this individual will provide expert guidance on prevention strategies, compliance requirements, training programs, and organizational well-being initiatives.
The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, program management, and operational support within a fast-paced national environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Health, Safety, and Well-Being programs, policies, procedures, and communications aligned with organizational objectives and legislative requirements.
