Senior Frontend Engineer (Team Lead)

What You’ll Work On:

Leading a team of frontend engineers, owning delivery, execution quality, and technical direction

Owning complex frontend systems and features end-to-end, from design through long-term production health

Driving org-wide initiatives across design systems, application performance, and frontend technical standards

Defining and evolving frontend architecture to support scalability, reliability, and rapid product iteration

Establishing and enforcing high standards for code quality, testing, and maintainability

Identifying and resolving systemic performance and reliability issues in production

Building and scaling interactive, data-heavy applications and AI-driven workflows

Partnering with design, backend, and AI/ML teams to shape product direction and user experience
