As a Senior Fitness Supervisor, you will lead the fitness program while ensuring adherence to safety and effectiveness standards. Your responsibilities involve scheduling classes, managing payroll, and supporting staff development through training and evaluations. Work in collaboration with healthcare teams to boost patient engagement in fitness activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee scheduling and arrangement of fitness classes
