Senior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the finance team of a major professional services organization. This strategic role works closely with leadership and multiple business units to drive performance and support decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and long‑term financial planning.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Manage monthly forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct financial modeling, profitability analyses, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure reliability of financial KPIs and act as an FP&A resource person.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and finance projects.
• Act as a business partner.

Conditions

• Salary: $95,000 to $115,000
