Reporting to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst will provide strategic financial support to a highly professional business partnering team. Key Responsibilities
Understand key financial and operational performance drivers and integrate them consistently into business management reporting processes. Develop detailed financial models to evaluate the potential return on investment (ROI) and cost‑benefit analysis for projects. Work closely with the accounting and pricing teams to ensure accurate reporting. Support the development and refinement of appropriate efficiency metrics, dashboards, and financial/non‑financial KPIs to enable effective performance management. Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements. Prepare financial performance reporting for monthly leadership reviews.
