Senior F&A Transformation & Operations Leader - Manufacturing

Empresa reconocida is seeking a Senior Manager, F&A, to lead end-to-end delivery of Finance and Accounting operations for manufacturing clients across the Americas. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field, and strong experience in leadership roles.

Responsibilities include driving transformation initiatives, managing client relationships, and mentoring a team across multiple geographies. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with knowledge in ERP systems and digital tools highly preferred.
