What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, on-site awareness, and proven experience coordinating with trades in the commercial construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site reviews to assess existing site conditions, constraints, and project requirements for commercial TI projects.
• Prepare initial HLB (High-Level Budget) pricing for new opportunities.
• Perform ongoing BP (Budget Pricing) check-ins to ensure estimates reflect current market pricing ...
