Senior Engineering Manager

Role Purpose The Senior Engineering Manager leads teams of Product Development, NPI, and Process Engineering engineers responsible for production line transfers, design-for-manufacturability execution, tooling readiness, and sustaining engineering activities for power connectors and cable assemblies within a high-volume production environment.
The role bridges Global Product Development and Operations, ensuring that new and existing power interconnect products are released, industrialized, and scaled into robust manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Mexicali engineering teams across product development, NPI, process engineering, testing, and DFM/DFA.
- Own execution of new product introductions (NPI) and production line transfers, including new programs, site transfers, and dual-sourcing.
