Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead development and optimization of electrical components and systems for automotive, heavy‐duty, and industrial applications.
This role is based in our Tlalnepantla de Baz, Mexico office, collaborating closely with teams across the globe, including our China‐based team, requiring availability for night‐time communication to ensure seamless cross‐time‐zone collaboration.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to complex, high‐performance automotive electronics and to lead the design of new products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Product Development: Analyze Original Equipment (OE) products and develop detailed specifications to meet market and OEM requirements; guide and mentor junior engineers.
