On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Director/Project Manager for a 12‑month hybrid role (4 days onsite at Toronto office).

Overview

Lead the Canadian Payroll Migration Program, migrating over 50,000 employees from legacy SAP Payroll to SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), transitioning to a modern cloud‑based platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive‑level leadership for a large‑scale payroll transformation program
• Lead multiple critical workstreams, including data conversion, testing, and systems integration
• Oversee program financials, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Drive end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
