Senior Director, Programme Management & Governance Lead
This highly visible leadership role will lead the governance, orchestration, and delivery assurance of the Global Lonza Capability Centre (LCC) transformation programme, ensuring successful execution of a complex, multi-function transformation spanning multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end orchestration of the Global Lonza Capability Centre transformation programme, ensuring alignment across all workstreams, delivery waves, and strategic objectives.
- Act as the central integration point across design, technology, workforce, transition, and operational readiness activities to ensure successful programme execution.
- Provide strategic direction and subject‑matter expertise in Global Business Services and Capability Centre design, challenging assumptions and guiding decision‑making based on industry‑leading practices.
