Senior Contract Conformance Specialist

Our client is seeking a Senior Contract Conformance Specialist to provide senior-level supply chain contract support, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing complex agreements while ensuring compliance with approved templates, policies, business objectives, and risk standards. (Hybrid- Edmonton or Calgary)

Must Have Skills

• Minimum of 6 years experience in supply chain in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Experience drafting complex agreements and negotiating contract terms and conditions.
• Strong understanding of contract law and related contractual risks.
• Proficiency with enterprise systems such as Oracle Cloud, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Completion of a supply chain management-related professional certification, such as PMAC or ISM.
