Job Description
Join a project team as a Senior Consultant focused on Employee Relations for the Department of Defence. The role requires extensive experience in workplace assessments and resolving employee conflicts in both English and French.
We are looking for a seasoned consultant with at least five years of experience in workplace assessments and employee mediation. Ideal candidates have successfully undertaken a minimum of three relevant projects within the last five years. This role demands availability to provide services from June to October 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform workplace assessments and employee relations investigations
