Senior Consultant, Enterprise Assortment Planning

Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Assortment Planning, the Senior Consultant, Enterprise Assortment Planning will support all banners by providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive assortment strategy.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Insights & Recommendations – provide insights based on customer, market and business performance data and collaborate with banner merchandise planning functions and merchants.
• Framework Support – assist in refreshing the role and intent category management framework.
• Category Guardrails – support definition and validation of assortment guardrails (dimension, direction and ranges) based on research and insights from the Customer Strategy team.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – work closely with each functional team to quantify and refine guardrails, ensuring customer needs and enterprise goals are aligned.
