Your Opportunity:

This role offers the opportunity to shape and advance patient engagement and patient- and family-centred care at a system level across AHS. As a Senior Consultant within the Quality Health Improvement portfolio, you will influence strategy and drive provincially coordinated initiatives that embed patient experience into organizational practice.Working in close partnership with leaders, physicians, and frontline teams, you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of complex engagement initiatives, develop education and curriculum, and enable sustainable change across a large, complex healthcare system. With a high degree of autonomy, you will guide strategic direction, support operationalization, and ensure alignment with AHS values, priorities, and quality improvement goals.
