Job Description
Drive commercial excellence as a Senior Commercial Specialist within Graham’s Buildings Division. This full-time office role requires expertise in managing contracts for large-scale projects with revenues of $25M+.
As the Senior Commercial Specialist, you will be accountable for guiding project teams through complex contractual and financial landscapes. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll utilize your 10-15 years of construction experience to provide oversight, mentor coordinators, and support compliance in project execution. Building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors will enhance team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct contract management and compliance efforts
• Manage cash flow and cost control strategies
• Lead change management and claims evaluations
• Ensure aligned execution with contract terms
• Mentor commercial coordinators and enhance processes
Requirements:
• Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent
