Job Description

Compute, Storage, Networking, and Containers
CCE, MRS, DWS, ROMA, ModelArts
Proficient in Linux, Shell/Python scripting
Job Duties
Provide O&M support for IaaS cloud platform (compute, networking, storage, containers, APIs)
Handle incident troubleshooting, change management, upgrades, and disaster recovery
Deliver front-line customer support and technical enablement
Support basic operations of advanced services (CCE, MRS, DWS, ROMA, ModelArts, databases)
Ensure platform stability and service availability
Requirements
Proficient in Linux, Shell/Python scripting, and IT fundamentals (OS, DB, network, hardware, web)
Familiar with KVM and OpenStack (Nova, Glance, Neutron)
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, VPN, SDN)
Experience with distributed storage and Huawei cloud storage
Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring
