Opportunity

We’re looking to fill an opening for a Senior Change Manager to join our Enterprise Change Management team for 12 months.

Reporting to the Director, Change Management, the Senior Change Manager will lead and deliver a portfolio of multiple change initiatives across our organization. This role is critical in driving enterprise adoption, building readiness, and ensuring business outcomes are realized. The ideal candidate brings both consulting expertise and industry experience, with a proven track record of managing complex change in financial services.
