Senior CDP & Personalization Implementation Lead

Braintrust is looking for an experienced Implementation Manager in Chile to lead the deployment of personalization and CDP capabilities. You will collaborate across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering to develop scalable customer data foundations and optimize digital experiences.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience with tools like Sitecore Personalize or Adobe Experience Platform. Strong understanding of customer data architecture and event tracking is essential. A background in healthcare is preferred.
