Senior Cbs Project Manager (Bogotá)

Position Overview

The main purpose of the role is to lead cross‑functional improvement projects focusing on the services provided by the CBS, including new system implementations and continuous process improvement. Projects may be integral, complex, span geographies and specialties such as Finance, HR and Transition, and can be managed as programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a complete project cycle, including analysis of business requirements, development of business cases, building implementation and resource plans, and leading execution and stabilization.
• Manage full project life‑cycle ownership: implement from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
• Work independently on large, moderately complex projects/assignments and set day‑to‑day operational objectives for the team.
