Senior Business Development and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Strategy, planning and financial management: • Collaborate with the BD service line leads, relevant partners and directors to tailor the global service line plans for Hong Kong, develop corresponding budgets and take ownership of executing the agreed initiatives within budget
• Ensure regular planning and review meetings are scheduled with each of the service line teams and that planned activity is budgeted, reviewed and monitored
• Identify new business opportunities, encourage cross-practice collaboration and cultivate integrated efforts across the legal teams and Ogier Global
• Monthly tracking of spend against budget
· Effective use of data and targeting – working with the client research / data analysis team
• Develop effective target lists for each service line to help partners and directors to target prospects and identify gaps and opportunities
