Lead enterprise-level architecture initiatives as a Senior Business Architect at Cooke Seafood. This role is integral to maximizing business value through informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
As a key member of Cooke's management team, you will enhance the enterprise Business Architecture, ensuring alignment with global standards. You’ll act as a steward for the Business Capability Model and provide insights for investment and governance. Your collaboration across various teams will be pivotal in executing effective changes that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and govern the Business Capability Model for clarity
• Define business value streams and relationships clearly
• Facilitate capability assessments for opportunity identification
• Provide insights on capability dependencies and alignment
• Coach team members on Business Architecture best practices
