Senior Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst - Senior

Location: 277 Front Street West, 4th floor, Toronto (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months





Must Haves:

• 7+ years Stakeholder management and reporting I&IT wide performance KPIs


• 7+ years Identify drivers to costs in IT operations and their corresponding savings levers. Align with stakeholders on delivering savings and track & report this on an ongoing basis


• 7+ years Hands-on experience with developing and implementing use cases in industry standard enterprise portfolio management tools (e.G. Asana, JIRA etc.)


• 7+ years Excellent MS office toolset knowledge and application (Excel, Powerpoint and MS-word)


• 7+ years Support resource utilization tracking and management
