Senior Business Analyst - Post-Trade Operations

As a Senior Business Analyst, you are a high‑maturity solution architect who transforms ambiguity into action. This hybrid role (2‑3 days/week in the office) is based in Toronto, ON and reports to the Senior Manager, Business Operations Governance & Oversight.

Key Accountabilities

• Drive Business Documentation: Own the creation of high‑level business requirements, impact analyses, and standard operating procedures to align stakeholders on strategic goals.
• Portfolio Management: Support execution of key initiatives ensuring every project maps to CDS’s long‑term growth.
• Lead Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary connector between internal experts (Technology, Finance, Product Management, Operations and Risk) and external stakeholders (regulators, clients).
