You’ll lead requirements elicitation sessions, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate needs into Agile artifacts like user stories and features. This role has a strong emphasis on communication and conflict resolution across various business groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements elicitation sessions and discovery workshops
• Facilitate clear understanding of business needs with stakeholders
• Translate needs into structured Agile artifacts and documentation
• Support backlog refinement and sprint readiness activities
• Prepare executive-level materials including risk analyses and recommendations
