This new onsite role focuses on providing direct care and support to seniors experiencing responsive behaviors due to neurological conditions. Collaborate with community partners to create comprehensive Behavioural Support Plans that will significantly enhance clients’ quality of life. Your expertise will also empower staff through training and consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients and design tailored support strategies
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Manage crisis intervention and care planning
• Train staff and families on effective behavioral strategies
• Ensure all Behavioural Support Plans meet ethical standards
Requirements:
• Degree in Nursing, Social Work, or related field
