Senior Behavioural Scientist

Salary range: $118,700–$145,100 (based on 35‑hour workweek). Annual bonus target: 15% with a potential payout up to double the target. Employee Share Purchase Plan with 50% match. Pension plan offers guaranteed income for life.

About the Role

As a Behavioral Scientist you will integrate behavioral science into marketing strategies, optimizing for business and user outcomes. Reporting to the Manager of Behavioural Science, your main responsibilities include leveraging behavioural science concepts to achieve business goals, develop intervention strategies, deliver exceptional experiences, apply statistical analysis, and promote behavioural science across the organization.
