About The Opportunity
As a Senior Applications Administrator at Ellucian, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Atlassian Cloud and Datacenter applications Confluence, Jira and Bitbucket that power our business.
As Ellucian continues its transformation into an AI-First organization, this role will make use of AI powered technologies including but not limited to Rovo to improve teams abilities and guide our internal partners in their use of these tools.
In this role, you will support the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our Atlassian applications while collaborating across engineering, development, professional services, operations, and security teams. Your work will help ensure that these teams make full use of these applications to operate effectively and efficiently.
