Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. In this role, you will lead and support both buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence engagements on behalf of private equity clients while also providing post‑close FP&A support to their portfolio companies. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to deepen their deal execution experience while building lasting relationships with PE sponsors and their management teams across the investment cycle (from pre‑close diligence through post‑acquisition value creation).

Key Responsibilities
