Senior Associate - Safety Officer

Safety Officer The Safety Officer will ensure full compliance with Indian statutory regulations and international best practices for Biogas, Green Hydrogen, and Solar EPC projects. You will lead risk assessments, enforce Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, conduct specialized safety training, and build a zero-incident safety culture at project sites across India. Key Responsibilities: Hazard Management & Risk Assessment: Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HIRA, HAZOP, and Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) for high-risk activities including explosive gas handling and working at height. Gas & Process Safety: Ensure safe handling, storage, and transportation of Biogas and Green Hydrogen as per PESO, Gas Cylinder Rules, and Explosives Act. Manage gas detection, ventilation, hazardous area classification (Zone 0/1/2), and confined space safety.
