About the Role

The Learning & Development team is hiring a Senior Associate, L&D to support our ambitious Tech Team growth. This role focuses on restructuring and elevating the onboarding experience, and addressing all learning and development needs for our newly formed Tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the structuring of the onboarding program tailored for the ongoing hiring within the newly created Tech team.
• Develop ongoing learning plans and content to ensure continuous technical and professional upskilling across the Tech organization.
• Partner closely with Enterprise L&D points of contact (POCs) and Tech partners to leverage, adapt, and build upon existing global strategies while fostering strong cross-border working relationships.
• Act as the primary L&D contact for Tech leaders and SMEs to gather information and validate training materials and programs.
