Become a Senior M&A Associate, building and managing a diverse software portfolio. This ownership role emphasizes sourcing acquisitions while nurturing long-lasting relationships.
Your primary focus will be on existing companies within the portfolio, collaborating with management to drive performance and growth. You'll also be responsible for generating deal flow through proactive outreach and maintaining a healthy pipeline, setting the foundation for future success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a set of active portfolio companies
