Job Opportunity: Senior Architect / Intern Architect / Architectural Technologist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Intern Architect / Architectural Technologist with at least 10 years of work-related experience. This is an in-person position in our studio located in downtown Moncton, New Brunswick. Under the direction and supervision of the firm Principals, the selected candidate will:

• Prepare and oversee production of contract documents.
• Coordinate design and contract documents both internally and with external consultants.
• Participate in internal quality control reviews.
• Oversee the work of junior and intermediate staff.
• Manage communication and relationships with team members, clients and external consultants.
• Provide contract administration including site reviews and reports, submittal reviews, respond to RFIs, and prepare site instructions and change orders.
