Overview

The Senior Analyst, Security and Disbursement, is responsible for ensuring that all due diligence and verifications are completed prior to the disbursement of loans. Works in close collaboration with the underwriter and the business development lead to ensure that disbursements respect the Bank’s procedures and are completed efficiently to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Approve, decline or recommend disbursement within established parameters.
• Review and/or follow up on letters of offers based on the specific process (instruction, disbursement, amendment) to ensure accuracy, completeness, required signatures, and compliant forms/information.
• Process disbursement packages with thorough due diligence and sound account management; update project costs where applicable.
• Disburse loans promptly that have been approved and authorized via the credit adjudication process, in accordance with the disburs...
